On 9 June 2003, we received this success story about Step Aerobics. We hope you are equally as inspired by it.
"I absolutely love Step Aerobics! I have several step aerobics tapes that I switch between:
Gilad's Step and Tone. This one definitely works you hard! You can do it with or without hand weights, and increase the weights as you get stronger. Gilad is very motivating.
Jane Fonda's Step Aerobics and Abs - There are three different instructors in this one, and they show different levels of intensity depending on who you watch (which side of the room). There's even one person on the tape that does it without a step to show how the movements would be done. All three instructors are very positive and motivating.
Becky Tirabassi's Thoroughly Fit Step Aerobics - This is a tough workout! The thing I like the most about it is that the music is Gospel music. She is very motivating. It has a lot of dance moves in it that you don't normally see in most Step videos. It's a lot of fun to do.
I enjoy doing Step Aerobics in a class setting, but don't currently belong to any clubs. So, I do my Step Aerobic videos at home. Usually at least three times a week. I try not to do Step every day as I find that it can be hard on my knees. If I work out every day, I usually alternate with regular aerobics every other day. But, I really feel that the Step Aerobics do the best at toning my lower body and getting my heart rate up."
