There's nothing like the smell of freshly baked bread. If you love bread and other baked items, it's okay to add them to your diet, just watch your choices, count your calories, and look out for fat content.
Also, when munching on crackers, be sure you note portion sizes. Many cracker makers think you're only going to eat ONE! So count them out or weigh them, and know what you're eating.
