Chilis offer to provide the nutritional information by phone is nice, so give them a call and get the information so you might have something outside their Guiltless Grill items.
Chilis is also known for large portions. If you are going to indulge, why not have half your meal boxed to take home for another day? Eating half is certainly lower in calories, fat, and carbs that wolfing down the whole thing!
Restaurant desserts are insanely good and loaded with fat, calories, and more. If you're going to have something, why not order one and split it with your friend or take home half to share with someone in the office the next day?

"Nutritional information pertaining to our Guiltless Grill menu is listed below. However, Brinker International does not distribute written nutritional information for "non-Guiltless Grill" items. We will gladly provide you with nutritional information on regular menu items via telephone. Please call 800-983-4637 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The information we have for regular menu items is limited to calorie, fat, carbohydrate, and protein content." |
