For most of us, dieting means controlling what we eat in order to lose weight. But, for others, dieting actually means controlling what they eat to either build muscle (athletes, dancers, etc.) or put on weight.

We are going to give an overview of various diets to get this started. We'd like you -- our visitors -- to send us your reviews of these diets or any others you have tried. Tell us what you liked about the diet. Tell us what you didn't like about it. Tell us whether you lost, gained, or maintained your weight and how that compared to your original goals when you started the diet.
