No matter what diet plan you use, at some point you will find yourself faced with a hectic schedule and a fast food meal staring you in the face. The best solution is to seek out the fast food meal that won't break your diet. Keep in mind that, as with many things in life, the devil's in the details. A low-calorie salad suddenly becomes a fat-stuffed monster when you pile on creamy buttermilk ranch dressing, bacon bits, croutons, and cheese. So, don't forget to count the little "extras" when making your selections.
Amazingly, we have found many fast food and casual restaurants do not have nutritional information for their menu items. If you cannot get the information about a menu item, be sure to select items that have main ingredients from your diet program.
Be aware that many restaurants use animal fats to tenderize meat, vegetable oil to fry and saute, and heavy cream in many sauces. These methods of cooking pack on calories and fat. Strive to select items that are broiled, baked, or grilled. Look for entrees that don't have sauces or gravies. Have dressings served on the side. By carefully selecting your menu items, you can dine out without blowing your diet program.
With that in mind, we researched every fast food chain restaurant we could think of to find the nutritional counts for their menu items. We found that most companies provide extensive nutritional information including calorie counts, fat counts, carbohydrate content, and protein content.
The chart is easy to use. Simply locate the restaurant you prefer. Click on the name to visit the company's website. It will open in a new window allowing you to research your favourite restaurant without leaving our site. Just close that window to return to this page. If a restaurant does not provide nutritional information about its menu items, we have listed it here and made note of it.

CS of Wylie, TX, had this to say about Quizno's Subs:
"Quizno's Subs has an extensive menu yet they offer nutritional information on only 3 of their sandwiches and NOTHING else! I like their food, but I'm getting to the point where if a restaurant doesn't want to disclose what is in the entree, then I'll eat elsewhere."
