If you want to liven up this recipe, rub fish with lemon juice or orange juice before pressing in rosemary.

| Baked Swordfish |
Ingredients
(4 servings - 30 g protein and <1 g carb per serving)
|
| 1 lb |
swordfish steaks (1.5 inch thick) |
| 1 tsp |
dried rosemary |
| 2 tbsp |
olive oil |
|
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
- Press rosemary into both sides of fish.
- Brush top of fish with olive oil.
- Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Arrange filets in baking dish.
- Bake on center rack of oven for 15 minutes without turning.
- Remove from oven to serving plates.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
- Serve while hot.
