If you have leftover, precooked London broil, just slice it and use it in the recipe, reducing cooking time as necessary.
If you don't have orange juice concentrate lying around, you can use orange juice, just double the amount and reduce it a bit during cooking to thicken slightly.

| Fiery Beef Strips |
Ingredients
(4 servings - 21 g protein and 5 g carb per serving)

London broil (cut into strips) |
| 1 |
green bell pepper (cut into strips) |
| 1 |
yellow bell pepper (cut into strips) |
| 3 tsp |
crushed red pepper |
| 1 tsp |
black pepper |
| 1 tsp |
cayenne pepper |
| 1 tbsp |
orange juice concentrate |
| 2 tbsp |
olive oil |
| 1 large |
orange (unpeeled, sliced thinly) |

- In large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
- Rotate the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
- Add beef strips.
- Add pepper strips.
- Saute for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly.
- Add crushed red pepper, black pepper, and cayenne.
- Add orange juice concentrate.
- Stir until heated through.
- Remove to serving plates.
- Garnish with orange slices.
- Serve while hot.
