Fiery Beef Strips
Ingredients
(4 servings - 21 g protein and 5 g carb per serving)

1 pound London broil (cut into strips)
1 green bell pepper (cut into strips)
1 yellow bell pepper (cut into strips)
3 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp orange juice concentrate
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large orange (unpeeled, sliced thinly)
  • In large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil.
  • Rotate the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
  • Add beef strips.
  • Add pepper strips.
  • Saute for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Add crushed red pepper, black pepper, and cayenne.
  • Add orange juice concentrate.
  • Stir until heated through.
  • Remove to serving plates.
  • Garnish with orange slices.
  • Serve while hot.
