Chicken cacciatore is a great Italian high protein dish
Italian food isn't just about spaghetti and meatballs or pizza.

You can still enjoy Italian cooking on a low carb or high protein diet.

As with all recipes, you can substitute beef for pork, turkey for chicken, and vice versa. If you substitute chicken or turkey for a denser meat like beef or pork, be sure to adjust your cooking times.
