All diet pills require that you diet and exercise to achieve weight gain and weight maintenance.
Provided you engage in a healthful diet and reasonable exercise, there are no side effects... until you add the pills.

| One Woman's Story |
| On 3 February 2006, we received this story from K.M. of Vancouver BC:
"I took Ionamin for one and a half years before my wedding day. It really helped me. I lost 40 pounds in one year, but after that, my weight stayed there. I was taking 30-45 mg once a day.
Once I stopped taking it, I gained my weight back slowly as all the pill did was decrease my appetite. Some days, I wouldn't eat anything as I would forget because I simply wasn't hungry.
I got the headaches and dry mouth and had sleeplessness once in a while. I'm no longer taking it as it has been taken off the market in Canada.
It was very expensive, but it did work--as long as you stayed on it." |

Thank you K.M. for sharing your story.
