| On 13 February 2005, we received this note from K.W.A. in St. Charles, MI, concerning the use of juice dieting (fasting).
"I started this diet 20 days ago and have lost 25 pounds. I feel great and plan on this for one more day. I drink, or try to drink, 100% juice of all kinds including tomato juice. Tomato juice is filling! I feel great and this really works."
