If you want to liven up this recipe, rub fish with lemon juice or orange juice before pressing in rosemary.

Baked Swordfish
Ingredients
4 servings - 30 g protein and <1 g carb per serving
236 calories per serving
1 lb swordfish steaks (1.5 inch thick)
1 tsp dried rosemary
2 tbsp olive oil
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Rinse fish and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Press rosemary into both sides of fish.
  • Brush top of fish with olive oil.
  • Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Arrange filets in baking dish.
  • Bake on center rack of oven for 15 minutes without turning.
  • Remove from oven to serving plates.
  • Garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs, if desired.
  • Serve while hot.
