Every fruit in this recipe is easily exchanged for whatever is in season.
Quickly change the recipe by changing the lemon pudding mix for lime, orange, or vanilla.
Canned fruit is not recommended for this recipe. However, frozen strawberries may be used in place of fresh strawberries, if you like.

| Fruity Lemon Whip |
Ingredients
(12 servings - 110 calories per serving)

| 1 pkg (4 oz) |
lemon instant pudding mix |
| 1 pkg (1.5 oz) |
whipped topping mix |
| 2 cups |
milk |
| 1 cup |
bananas (sliced) |
| 1 cup |
peaches (diced) |
| 1 cup |
apples (chopped) |
| 1 cup |
strawberries (chopped) |

- In large bowl, combine instant pudding mix, whipped topping mix, and milk.
- Using mixer, beat at high speed for 2 minutes or until light and fluffy.
- Fold in fruit.
- Divide into serving dishes or dessert cups.
- Cover with plastic wrap or fitted lids.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.
- Top each with a whole strawberry, if desired.
