| Grandma's Apple Coffee Cake |
Ingredients
(8 servings - 300 calories per serving)

| 2/3 cup |
butter or margerine (at room temperature) |
| 1/3 cup |
granulated sugar |
| 1/2 cup |
sour cream |
| 1 tsp |
vanilla extract |
| 1 |
egg |
| 1-1/3 cup |
all-purpose flour |
| 2/3 tsp |
baking soda |
| 1/8 tsp |
salt |
| 1 cup |
chopped, fresh apple |
| 1/3 cup |
raisins |
| 1/4 cup |
all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 cup |
brown sugar (firmly packed) |
| 1/2 tsp |
cinnamon |
| 2 tbsp |
butter or margerine (softened) |

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large mixing bowl, cream butter or margerine with 1/3 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in sour cream, vanilla, and egg.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1-1/3 cup flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix into the creamed mixture.
- Blend well.
- Grease an 8-inch round cake pan well being sure to grease sides. You can use a non-stick cooking spray if you prefer.
- Spoon half of the batter into the pan.
- Sprinkle with apple pieces and raisins.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 1/4-cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 2 tbsp butter.
- Mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle half of crumbly mixture over apples and raisins in cake pan.
- Spoon the remaining batter over everything in the cake pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumbly mixture over the batter in the cake pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes in pan.
- Invert onto serving plate.
- Slice into 8 wedges.
- Garnish with fresh apple slices, if desired.
