The chili-lime butter in this recipe can easily be brushed on steaks or burgers before grilling for a real taste treat!

Grilled Corn With Chili Lime Butter
Ingredients
(6 servings - 260 calories per serving)
6 ears corn (unhusked)
1/2 cup butter (softened)
1/2 tsp grated lime peel
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tsp ground red chilis
  • Preheat gas or charcoal grill.
  • In small mixing bowl, combine butter, lime peel, lime juice, and chilis.
  • Remove large outer husks from corn.
  • Turn back inner husks and remove silk.
  • Spread each ear of corn with chili lime butter.
  • Pull husks up over ears.
  • Tie with fine wire to secure or skewer together with toothpicks.
  • Grill corn 3 inches from medium heat for 20-30 minutes, turning frequently.
  • Serve while hot.
