| Grilled Corn With Chili Lime Butter |
Ingredients
(6 servings - 260 calories per serving)

| 6 ears |
corn (unhusked) |
| 1/2 cup |
butter (softened) |
| 1/2 tsp |
grated lime peel |
| 3 tbsp |
lime juice |
| 2 tsp |
ground red chilis |
|
- Preheat gas or charcoal grill.
- In small mixing bowl, combine butter, lime peel, lime juice, and chilis.
- Remove large outer husks from corn.
- Turn back inner husks and remove silk.
- Spread each ear of corn with chili lime butter.
- Pull husks up over ears.
- Tie with fine wire to secure or skewer together with toothpicks.
- Grill corn 3 inches from medium heat for 20-30 minutes, turning frequently.
- Serve while hot.
