Ingredients

| 4 cups |
rappini (bitter broccoli) |
| 2 tbsp |
olive oil |
| 1 clove |
garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground red pepper |
|
- Steam broccoli for 3-4 minutes.
- Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic to pan.
- Saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add broccoli.
- Toss for 1-3 minutes or until tender to your liking.
- Sprinkle with red pepper before serving
