| Southwestern Corn and Peppers |
Ingredients

green bell pepper |

olive oil |

butter or margerine |
| 1-1/2 cups |
frozen corn kernels |
| 1/3 cup |
green onions (finely chopped) |
| 1/4 tsp |
garlic (finely minced) |
| 1/2 tsp |
ground cumin |
| 1/2 tsp |
black pepper |

- Cut peppers into thin strips.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter or margerine over medium heat.
- Add peppers, corn, and onions.
- Add garlic, cumin, and pepper.
- Cook for 8 minutes, stirring lightly.
- Garnish with tomato wedges, if desired.
