| Three Bean Salad |
Ingredients
(12 servings - 120 calories per serving)

| 2 cans (16 oz ea) |
cut green beans (drained) |
| 2 cans (16 oz ea) |
cut yellow wax beans (drained) |
| 2 cans (15 oz ea) |
red kidney beans (drained) |
| 1 cup |
cider vinegar |
| 2/3 cup |
sugar |
| 1/3 cup |
dill pickle juice |
| 2 cups |
celery (thinly sliced) |
| 4 tbsp |
green pepper (chopped) |
| 4 tbsp |
pimento (chopped) |
| 1 large |
onion (quartered, sliced) |
| 1 tsp |
black pepper |

- In mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and pickle juice.
- Add beans and remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Cover bowl.
- Place in refrigerator.
- Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
- Serve cold.
