Low calorie and delicious
Three Bean Salad
Ingredients
(12 servings - 120 calories per serving)
2 cans (16 oz ea) cut green beans (drained)
2 cans (16 oz ea) cut yellow wax beans (drained)
2 cans (15 oz ea) red kidney beans (drained)
1 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup dill pickle juice
2 cups celery (thinly sliced)
4 tbsp green pepper (chopped)
4 tbsp pimento (chopped)
1 large onion (quartered, sliced)
1 tsp black pepper
  • In mixing bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and pickle juice.
  • Add beans and remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover bowl.
  • Place in refrigerator.
  • Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Serve cold.
