Fresh basil can be grown at home in a flower pot or a windowbox garden right in your kitchen window. Add dill, chervil, chives, thyme, and rosemary, and you'll have all the fresh herbs you need every day!
You can change this recipe quickly by using long grain rice, angel hair pasta, ramen (skip the seasonings!), or linguine.

Instead of dried basil, use 2 tsp chopped fresh basil for a real taste treat!
