You can eat everything on a diet. You just can't eat ALL of it. In other words, split a piece of cheesecake with a friend instead of glomming the entire piece (or two). Opt for a single scoop of ice cream with just whipped topping and skip the other scoop, the hot fudge, and the crushed nuts.
Make healthier choices, eat smaller portions, cook lighter, adjust your recipes to meet your needs, and remember to treat yourself better!
