Water aerobics are a great way to lose weight, tone muscles, and improve cardiovascular health.
Water exercise classes are available at any fitness club with a pool, local community centers, some colleges and universities, and YMCAs.
The best part of water aerobics is the no-impact aspect. Unlike standard aerobics that jar joints and cause knee problems for many, water aerobics has no problems like that. In fact, the resistance of the water actually increases the effectiveness of many standard aerobic moves thereby giving you greater muscle conditioning and toning.

| A Low Calorie Diet Success Story |
On 20 February 2004, we received the following story from SG:
"Hi. I've been using a low calorie diet for two weeks. I just substitute fresh fruits and vegetables for snacks and breakfast. I have also been taking a water exercise class twice a week. I've already lost 10 pounds!
I think your website is great. I love how you have the calorie counter on fruits and vegetables. Thanks."
