| A Low Calorie Diet Success Story |
On 9 July 2004, we received the following story from G.:
"I am 42-years old and 6'2" tall. I weighed 280 pounds when I started my small portion, low calorie diet on January 21, 2004. It is now July 9, 2004, and I weigh 202 pounds.
I eat three times a day. I have 100-200 calories for breakfast, 200-300 calories for lunch, and for dinner up to 600 calories. I drink no alcohol and eat very little sugar. I eat low calorie bread (40 calories per slice).
It's the best I've felt in years!"
