Snap peas and snow peas are found in many Asian dishes and give them a distinctive taste and texture.
Stir fry sauce can be found in the Asian foods section of most supermarkets.  But, if you can't find it, you can make it for yourself.

Combine 1/4 cup warm water and enough cornstarch to create a thin paste. Add 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp ground ginger. Blend well. Use right away.
