If you have leftover turkey, use it instead!
If you prefer to use canned sliced mushrooms, be sure to rinse them after draining.

| Five-Minute Chicken Soup |
Ingredients

chicken broth |

raw cucumber (unpeeled, sliced very thin) |
| 4 whole |
mushrooms (sliced) |
| 2 cups |
shredded fresh spinach |
| 1 whole |
tomato (cubed) |
| 1/2 cup |
leftover or pre-cooked chicken (shredded) |

- In saucepan, heat chicken broth to near boiling.
- Add vegetables and meat.
- Bring to a boil.
- Simmer five minutes.
- Serve while hot.
