Try using half pink and half white grapefruit for a taste change.

| Grapefruit Orange Salad |
Ingredients

chicory greens |
| 1 medium |
grapefruit |
| 1 large |
orange |
| 1 small |
green onion, thinly sliced |

- Wash chicory, drain, and pat dry.
- Tear chicory into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the grapefruit and orange.
- Remove all of the white membrane.
- Separate the grapefruit and orange into sections.
- In salad bowl, toss chicory, orange segments, and grapefruit segments.
- Add green onion slices and toss lightly.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Toss lightly with vinegar and oil dressing or plain sherry vinegar before serving.
