You can replace the frozen vegetables for any fresh vegetables that suit your taste. Try a combination of yellow squash, tomato, and bell peppers!
If you want to keep this dish interesting, use different shaped pastas in place of the straight pasta.

| Pasta Primavera |
Ingredients
(4 servings - 2.5 grams of fat per serving)
|
| 1 pkg (8 oz) |
angel hair, thin spaghetti, or linguini |
| 1 bag (16 oz) |
frozen mixed vegetables |
| 1/4 cup |
water |
| 1 jar (12 oz) |
fat free chicken gravy |
| 1/2 cup |
fat free ranch dressing |
| 1/2 tsp |
black pepper |

- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Set aside.
- In large saucepan, cook vegetables in water for 3 minutes.
- Add gravy, dressing, and pepper.
- Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour vegetable mixture over pasta.
- Toss to coat pasta.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese, if desired.
