Be careful of portion sizes with this one! This recipe makes 18 bars, not 12.
You can replace the chopped pecans with chopped cashews, peanuts, or walnuts, as you like.

| Peanut Candy Bar Cookies |
Ingredients
18 servings - 150 calories per serving
10 grams of fat per serving

| 1 cup |
unsifted all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 cup |
sifted powdered sugar |
| 1/2 cup |
sweet butter (cold, cut into pieces) |
| 7 oz |
sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 small |
egg (Iightly beaten) |
| 1/2 tsp |
vanilla extract |
| 1 |
english toffee/chocolate candy bar (Heath bar) (crushed) |
| 1/2 cup |
chopped pecans |

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender or with food processor.
- Blend until mixture is soft-crumb consistency.
- Spray 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press flour mixture into bottom of pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- In mixing bowl, blend milk, egg, and vanilla.
- Stir in crushed candy and nuts.
- Spread over prepared crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Cool.
- Cover.
- Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting.
- Cut into 18 bars.
