For even more change, use beef instead of pork or a combination of both!

| Pork and Pepper Stir-Fry |
Ingredients

pork loin or pork tenderloin |
| 3 tbsp |
water |
| 2 tsp |
cornstarch |
| 1 tbsp |
soy sauce |
| 2 tbsp |
peanut oil |
| 1/2 cup |
celery (sliced diagonally) |
| 1/2 cup |
green onions (sliced) |
| 1/2 cup |
fresh mushrooms (sliced) |
| 1/2 cup |
snowpeas (washed) |
| 1/2 cup |
red pepper (sliced) |
| 1/2 cup |
green pepper (sliced) |
| 1 tsp |
salt |

- Cut meat into 1/4-inch strips.
- Place meat in mixing bowl.
- Combine water, cornstarch, and soy sauce.
- Mix with meat until all pieces are coated.
- Heat peanut oil in heavy skillet or wok being sure to coat the bottom and sides of pan.
- Add meat strips.
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add celery, onions, mushrooms, peas, and peppers.
- Stir-try until vegetables are tender-crisp and brightly coloured.
- Add salt.
- Serve hot with rice, if desired.
