| Shrimp Stir Fry |
Ingredients

olive oil |
| 1 lb |
uncooked medium shrimp (peeled, deveined) |
| 1 can (15 oz) |
baby corn (drained) |
| 1/4 cup |
roasted red bell peppers (coarsely chopped) |
| 1/2 tsp |
tarragon leaves (dried) |
| 1/2 tsp |
garlic salt |

- Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add shrimp.
- Raise heat to medium-high.
- Stir fry 3 minutes until shrimp are pink.
- Add corn, peppers, and spices.
- Stir fry for 4 minutes.
- Serve while hot.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges, if desired.
