| You can substitute chicken for the turkey in this recipe. Just replace the turkey gravy with chicken gravy.
If you want to kick up the heat a little, add a sprinkle or two of Tabasco! |

| Southwestern Turkey Pasta |
Ingredients
(4 servings - 4 grams of fat per serving)
|
| 1 pkg (8 oz) |
angel hair or thin spaghetti |
| 1 cup |
green bell pepper (cut into strips) |
| 1 cup |
red bell pepper (cut into strips) |
| 1 |
onion (cut into thin strips) |
| 1 lb |
turkey breast (cut into strips) |
| 1 jar (12 oz) |
fat free turkey gravy |
| 1 cup |
chunky salsa |

- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain.
- Set aside.
- Coat heavy skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
- Heat over medium heat until spray begins to bubble.
- Cook peppers and onion until tender-crisp.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add turkey to skillet.
- Cook until no longer pink.
- Add gravy and salsa.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add peppers and onion.
- Heat for 1 minute.
- Serve over pasta.
