| Teriyaki Rice |
Ingredients

| 1 cup |
long grain rice |
| 2 cups |
beef broth |
| 1/2 tsp |
salt |
| 3 |
green onions (sliced) |
| 2 cloves |
garlic (minced) |
| 2 tbsp |
teriyaki sauce |
| 1 tbsp |
brown sugar |
|
- In medium saucepan, heat broth to boiling.
- Add salt and rice.
- Bring to a boil again and cover pan.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add onions, garlic, teriyaki sauce, and sugar.
- Stir well.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot topped with fresh, chopped, green onion.
