You can easily make this using leftover chicken. Just use chicken gravy in place of the turkey gravy.
If you haven't tried the fat-free gravies yet, they're really quite good. All of the flavor and thickness, and zero fat! Compare the calorie difference, too!
Heinz makes really good fat-free gravies. Give them a try. They're also superb for topping a baked potato - flavor, richness, and no fat! Amazing!

| Turkey Chowder |
Ingredients
4 servings - 230 calories per serving
3 grams of fat per serving
|
| 1 can (12 oz) |
green beans |
| 1 can (12 oz) |
sliced white potatoes |
| 1 can (12 oz) |
sliced carrots |
| 1 cup |
water |
| 1 small |
white onion (cut into small pieces) |
| 1/4 tsp |
thyme |
| 1/2 tsp |
black pepper |
| 1 jar (12 oz) |
fat free turkey gravy |
| 2 cups |
cubed turkey breast (cooked) |

- In large cooking pot, dump contents of canned vegetables including liquid.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Add onion and spices.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add gravy and turkey.
- Heat for 2 minutes.
- Serve while hot.
