| Wilted Lettuce Salad |
Ingredients

leaf lettuce (torn into pieces) |
| 2 tbsp |
green onion (chopped) |
| 2 large |
hard-boiled eggs (chopped) |
| 3 slices |
bacon (cut into 1/2-inch pieces) |
| 1/4 cup |
cider vinegar |
| 2 tsp |
sugar |
| 1/4 tsp |
salt |
| 1/2 tsp |
pepper |
| 1/4 tsp |
dry mustard |

- In large bowl, combine lettuce, onion, and eggs.
- Set aside.
- In small skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
- Add remaining unused ingredients to bacon.
- Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Pour hot mixture over lettuce.
- Toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
