On 6 November 2004, we received this note from C.E.C. concerning their use of sucralose.
|
"Recently I began baking my own bread again using sugar for the yeast recipe. Making cinnamon rolls, I decided to use Splenda with cinnamon for the spread.
Headache has been my companion for three days now since I have been munching on the best cinnamon rolls ever. Usually I get headaches with fever. My thermometer tells me I have a normal body temperature. My hands and feet have been icy cold for the past three days as well.
Removing Splenda for three days will be an interesting control.
I can't find any adverse reaction reports at www.fda.gov"
Thank you C.E.C. for sharing your story with our visitors.
