"Hi...
I just wanted to share my story with Splenda. I am researching if there are any problems because I always try to stay up on current American Journal of Medicine information. There have been no articles I can find published about the negative effects of Splenda and I have had wonderful experience using the sweetener.
Unfortuantly I am allergic to aspertame and for YEARS I was in terrible need of a sweetener which would work for me without making me deathly sick. Beign insulin resistant that made the situation that much worse. Since using splenda I have dropped over forty lbs and am back to my early college weight of 135 at five foot four for my height. I'm now "healthy" and no longer considered obese anymore.
I hope that if there is something wrong with Splenda we find out soon because at this point it is my only choice. I have did a little research on Stevia and if Splenda is found to cause major problems in the future I might have to switch over to it....but does anyone even know if you can bake with it.
Well....keep the quest going for all of us to get to the truth!.....(as Fox Mulder would say, "the truth is out there :)")"
Thank you K.F.M. for sharing your story with our visitors.
