"I've been using Splenda for over a year and I've always suspected that it was "too good to be true." I decided to do some research about it today and, after reading the information on your website (as well as others), I'm going to stop using it.
I recognize symptoms that I've been experiencing. I've been more fatigued, unable to control my urges for sweets, and have problems with feeling spacey and unfocused. I've also noticed that I often feel bloated after eating.
Perhaps not all of this is related to Splenda, but I'm anxious to see what changes. I've had my last yellow packet. I'll update you when I see whether there are any improvements.
