On 25 March 2005, we received this note from K.Y. of Beachwood, NJ, concerning their use of sucralose.
|
"Around last May, when I was using a large amount of Splenda, I started having anxiety attacks, a funny feeling in my head, sleepiness, heart palpitations, and, on some days, complete weakness.
I went to the docgtor and had blood work, and MRI, echocardiogram, and numerous other tests and they all came up negative. Everyone was telling me that it was in my head, but, after reading your article, it all makes sense now.
I have drastically cut down my intake of Splenda and I have seen a significant difference. I am so glad that I know now what was causing me all this trouble. I believe that I lost almost a year of my life being scared that I was dying and nobody would ever find out what was wrong with me.
I feel great now!"
Thank you K.Y. for sharing your story with our visitors.
