"My mother-in-law had told me about Splenda a few years ago and I love it!
I haven't had any side effects on it. I don't like Equal or any other sweeteners. With Splenda, I can bake with it without losing the taste.
As far as the side effects, it's just like anything else--you have to go with your body. There are some over-the-counter meds that I can't take. Does that mean people shouldn't take them? The same with Splenda!"
