In order to be effective, Tenuate still requires a diet and exercise plan to help you lose weight.
So, if you have to lose weight by diet and exercise anyway, and Tenuate has such interesting side effects as dry mouth, headache, and hallucinations, maybe just diet and exercise would be effective for you.
Before buying any weight loss medication, speak with your doctor about all of the potential side effects.
