Tuna is a great source of Vitamin B-3 and grilled tuna steaks are delicious.
Taking niacin supplements with vasodilators can be dangerous.

Before beginning any supplement, speak with your doctor to find out what you really need and what combination of vitamins and minerals is best for you.

Note that niacin can produce a peculiar effect known as a "niacin flush." This is a reddish flushing of the skin on the neck, face, arms, torso, and hands.  It can produce intense itching.  It is caused by the opening of the capillaries beneath the skin and generally passes after a few minutes. If you experience a "flush," reduce the amount of niacin you are taking.
