A combination meal of brocolli, beef, and pork yields a high amount of B Vitamins, as well as other minerals and vitamins.
Toss beef and pork strips into a heated wok or heavy skillet. Add a tiny amount of olive oil and toss to saute and brown the meats. Add broccoli florets, some red pepper slices, and a dash of low-sodium soy sauce.
Continue to cook, stirring constantly. Toss in a few sliced onions and, if your calorie count allows it, a few slivered almonds.
Continue to toss and cook until heated through. Serve immediately alone, over a bed of fresh baby spinach leaves, or over rice.
