| On 20 May 2005, we received this note from J.R.J. concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "Hi.
I started using Splenda about a year ago. I am really picky about substitute sugars. I am heavily involved in weightlifting and consuming pure sugar just isn't possible. I absolutely hate the pink stuff and the blue stuff. It just tastes fake. But Splenda doesn't. I use it in baking, lemonade, andwhen I drink coffee occasionally. I have yet to have any noticeable side effects that I can pinpoint directly to Splenda and will continue to use it. None of my migraines can be blamed on the sugar substitute and I'm healthy--except for allergies, that is. I believe Splenda to be a great alternative for sugar. Thank you." Thank you J.R.J. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
