| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |

| On 25 July 2005, we received this note from K. from Alabama concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "A couple months ago, in an effort to reduce caloric intake, I replaced sugar with Splenda in my coffee. But because I liked real sugar taste better, I ditched the idea and randomly used Splenda as a sweetener. However, the few times I did use Splenda in coffee--I never used it in any other food or beverage--I noticed after one cup within a couple of hours I would become very nauseated.
I cannot say for sure the nausea occured every time, but when it happened again this morning, I quickly recalled the same sickly feeling and drew the conclusion that Splenda might be to blame. I did an internet search and found that many people have experienced nausea, at the very least. I am fortunate this was my only side effect. I can say I will no longer be using this product. I feel the nausea is my body's way of telling me that this product is harmful to me in some way. Besides, a couple teaspoons of sugar for me in coffee is not going to make that much difference. Hope this helps!!" Thank you K. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
