| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |

| On 1 August 2005, we received this note from M.C. of Baltimore, MD, concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "I'm writing to say I'm glad I came upon your site because I didn't know why I was so sick this morning. I had eaten breakfast and was fine. Then, I decided to take my new Drinkables Ultimate Liquid Vitamins. I bought this since I have trouble swallowing the large multivitamins and I felt like I needed to get my nutrients.
Well, never again! My stomach is extremely bloated and I am having diarrhea and feel weak. My eyes feel strange. Since the symptoms started not long after drinking this stuff, I decided to see what all of the ingredients were and found sucralose listed. I don't use artificial sweeteners and maybe that's why I seemed to have such a quick, nasty reaction to it, but after reading other people's stories, I think this sucralose/Splenda stuff should be banned!" Thank you M.C. for sharing your story with our visitors. |
