| On 4 August 2005, we received this note from A. concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "I'm one of those people that doesn't eat artificial sweeteners. I think that stuff is bad for you and any time I see food saying it's artificially sweetened, I steer clear of it.
I decided to try this kettle popcorn. It sounds good for you--no trans fat, no saturated fat, and no cholesterol. So, I made some. I started feeling dizzy and having a headache--not good. The next time I had it, I felt the same way. It didn't happen right away, but like 15-30 minutes later. I check the ingredients in the kettle popcorn and it says "sucralose." I had to get on the internet to find out what that was. They sure are sneaky! I thought artificially flavored foods were supposed to me labeled as such. This popcorn was not marked as artificially flavored or sweetened. :(" Thank you A. for sharing your story with our visitors. |
