| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |

| On 26 June 2005, we received this note from B. concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "Hi. I have short bowel syndrome and my doctors said I shouldn't have a lot of sugar (or really any). So, I turned to the diet items that contain NutraSweet and Splenda. Well, due to the short bowel syndrome, I have a lot of diarrhea and gas already which is aggravated by a lot of concentrated sugar items.
Well, let me tell you--things were really bad when I consumed any of the diet foods containing any of the sugar substitutes. Now, I use a product called stevia as a sweetener or small amounts of sugar. So, people suffering from IBS with diarrhea should really avoid any of these artificial sweeteners--in my opinion." Thank you B. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
