| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |
| On 16 October 2005, we received this note from E.M. concerning their use of sucralose. |
| "Being from Canada, I have had access to Splenda for much longer than most of your contributors. I am a diabetic and made the switch to Splenda about 12 years ago. My wife is not diabetic but is weight-conscious, so we both use it.
We use it in baking, making preserves (jams and jellies), and we absolutely love it. No side effects at all, and the same is true for others in the family. I guess it is one of those things that some people cannot process or use and, while they are likely in the minority, there does seem to be enough evidence to suggest that at least a warning should be put on the packaging." Thank you E.M. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
