| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |

| On 21 September 2005, we received this note from M. concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "I can consistently expect to have cramps and diarrhea after consumption of any product containing Splenda (sucralose).
Sometimes, I don't realize I've consumed something with sucralose until I experience the symptoms. Then, I go back to what I've recently eaten, and there it is. The culprit--sucralose. It doesn't seem to require much consumption either. Just a little will cause a reaction. I thought it was just me until I saw your site. To my dismay, more and more products are switching from other types of artificial sweetener to sucralose and now there is a whole host of products I used to use that I can no longer consume. The food industry needs to survey the prevalence of this reaction. They need to consider what it will do to their sales when switching to this sweetener. Thanks for the support!" Thank you M. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
