| "First of all, I've never had problems with dizzy spells in all of my 39 years.
One day, I bought a yogurt drink from the vending machine at work to have with my lunch. Everything was fine until about an hour or so later. I was so dizzy! I felt as if I was going to fall out of my chair. It's hard to explain, but if I would lean a little to one side, it felt as if something ws pulling me toward the floor. This lasted for a couple of hours. It was kind of scary, and I started to think, "Did I eat something that caused this?" So, I got the yogurt container from the trash and saw that it contained Splenda. That's the first time I had ever had Splenda, and also the first time I had ever felt this way. Well, today I saw in the vending machine a bottle of lemon-flavored water. I thought I would give it a try. I expected it to taste like water with lemon, but it was quite sweet. I had only two small drinks and then noticed it had Splenda in it. As I'm sitting here typing this, I'm very dizzy (nowhere near as dizzy as with the yogurt because I had so little of the water). I am now convinced that Splenda is FOR SURE the reason for my dizziness. I have no idea why this is, but I can say that I will NEVER have anything with Splenda in it again." Thank you T. for sharing your story with our visitors. |
