On 27 June 2006, we received this note from M. concerning their use of sucralose.
"I have used Splenda for the past five years.  I use it daily in coffee, baking, recipes that call for sugar, etc. I have never had any side effects from it and prefer its taste to real sugar.

...

With all the FDA approvals in Canada, the States, and Europe, I feel it is a safe alternative for the average person."
