| Another Splenda Story submitted by a visitor |

| On 11 August 2006, we received this note from J.L. of Palm Harbor, Florida, concerning their use of sucralose. |

| "I have been putting myself through a food allergy test to determine where my migraines and nasal congestion stem from. I have cut out dairy, wheat, yeast, and sweets to see how it affected me.
I had been a Splenda user for a while. I have come to the conclusion that Splenda causes my headaches. I thought it was yeast in breads and such. But, after cutting out Splenda and going back to all of the other foods I thought I was allergic to, it came down to the Splenda. I used one packet in a beverage, and the next day followed with a bad migraine and heavy nasal congestion. I am convinced we have to go back to basics. If something does not grow, don't eat it. We can't live in a bubble the rest of our lives, but we can at least try and make the best of it. I hope all of you find solutions to your pain. Many blessings." Thank you J.L. for sharing your story with our visitors. |

| If you have experienced any side effects, whether you are sure it is Splenda or not, be sure to speak with your physician and discuss all possibilities. . |
